Hot work · Work at height · Confined space

Platforms sell you a subscription and a library. We turn one of your own procedures into VR.

Your permit. Your site. Your equipment. Fixed price, ten working days, your money protected in escrow until you accept it, and you keep what we deliver.

No form. No email. No call required to touch the product.

The demo

Make one hot work decision, in your browser, in 90 seconds.

Everyone else in this category puts a “request a demo” form in front of you. Ours opens on a phone, on the first tap, with nothing asked of you.

Demo slot

The hot work decision loop drops in here. Put its URL in SITE.webglUrl at the top of this file and it goes live.

Runs in the browser. Nothing to install.

01

Start the weld

Strike the arc straight away and the solvent drum next to you goes up. One line tells you what you walked past.

02

Three decisions

Clear the combustibles. Confirm the extinguisher. Drop the visor. Only then does the gun do its job.

03

A score, not a tick

The run ends against the requirements of the standard, and a corner window shows the same task running in full VR.

90 seconds

What a full run looks like on a headset.

One trainee, one hot work permit, and every mistake he is allowed to make.

How it works

One procedure. Ten working days. Money you can pull back.

Step 01

You send one procedure

The permit your supervisors already sign, the hazards on your site, the kit your crew actually uses. A call and a document is usually enough to start.

Step 02

Ten working days

A fixed price agreed before anything starts, and the money sits in escrow the whole time. Not an hourly estimate that moves.

Step 03

Your crew fails safely

They run it, they get it wrong, and it costs them nothing. You keep the finished assessment and run it as often as you like.

The escrow bit, plainly

Your payment goes into escrow, not to us. It is released when you accept the delivered assessment. If you look at what arrives and decide it is not what you asked for, the money comes back to you. We take the delivery risk, not you.

Why it sticks

Most safety training is a slideshow and a signature.

Then someone strikes an arc next to a solvent drum. What we deliver is an assessment, not a lesson, and the difference is that the trainee can lose.

  • The trainee makes the real decisions. Clear the combustibles, confirm the fire watch, drop the visor, in the order your permit demands.
  • Mistakes have consequences. Skip the fire watch and something ignites. It is the one lesson a slide deck cannot teach.
  • Every run ends in a score against the standard, not a completion tick you file and forget.
  • An adaptive debrief walks them back through what they missed, in plain language, before they run it again. It is a training aid, not a certification.
  • It is your procedure, so nothing needs translating. Your crew recognises the bay, the drum, and the sign-off.

What we cover

Three kinds of permit, one way of working.

Hot work

Welding, cutting, grinding, brazing, soldering. Anything throwing sparks, flame, or enough heat to set something off.

Aligned to OSHA 29 CFR 1910.252 & NFPA 51B
OSHAD in the UAE

Work at height

Fall protection decisions on scaffolds, roofs, edges and lifts, the single most-cited standard on US sites.

Aligned to OSHA 29 CFR 1926.501
OSHAD in the UAE

Confined space

Entry permits, atmospheric testing, attendant duties, and the rescue plan nobody rehearses until it matters.

Aligned to OSHA 29 CFR 1910.146
IOGP Life-Saving Rules for oil & gas

Who this is for

Roughly 50 to 500 people, and real permits.

Metal fabrication and manufacturing. Specialty and sub-contractors. Facilities teams carrying their own safety load. Big enough to have the obligation, too small for anyone to be calling on you.

  • United States. Primary. Roughly nine in ten of the last five years of our work has been for US clients, delivered remotely.
  • United Arab Emirates. Contractors and fabricators working to OSHAD and Dubai Municipality guidance.
  • United Kingdom. HSE, the Work at Height Regulations 2005, and the Confined Spaces Regulations 1997.
  • Safety consultancies and training providers. We work behind your name. Your client, your brand, your margin.

Standards

Every assessment names the standard it trains.

A safety manager cannot put “a VR thing” through a budget. He can put an OSHA 1910.252-aligned hot work competency assessment through one.

What we will and will not say

We say a training assessment is aligned to a standard, or that it trains the requirements of one. We do not say more than that, because no standards body has reviewed this training and we are not going to imply one has. What we deliver is a training and assessment aid. The sign-off on any worker stays exactly where it already sits, with you.

Questions we actually get

Before you book anything.

Do we need to own headsets?

Not to start. Everything we deliver also runs on a normal screen, and the browser version needs nothing at all. If you do have headsets, or you want us to advise on what to get, that is a ten-minute conversation on the call.

What happens if we do not like what arrives?

Your money is in escrow until you accept the delivered assessment. If you do not accept it, it is returned. That is the whole mechanism, and it is why we can take on a first project with a company that has never met us.

Ten working days for a real procedure. Honestly?

Honestly, yes, for one procedure with one clear pass and fail path, which is what we sell. It is a deliberately narrow promise. Anything wider gets scoped on the call before either of us commits.

Can our LMS pick up the results?

Runs produce a score and a breakdown of the decisions taken. Getting that into your existing system is part of the scoping conversation, because it depends entirely on what you already run.

What does it cost?

A fixed price for one procedure, agreed before any work starts, and no hourly surprises after. We go through the number on the call, once we know which procedure you have in mind, because that is what the number depends on.

We are a consultancy, not an end client.

Then you are on our first-class list. Some vendors make you a reseller of their catalogue. We would rather make you a VR studio under your own name: you keep the client, the brand, and the margin, and we work behind it.

Next step

If your teams sign hot work permits, start with the demo.

Ninety seconds, no form. If it looks like something your crew should be doing, the call is where we look at your procedure and put a fixed number on it.
